Raspberry Biscoff Blondies

Ingredients

Filling
Half can sweetened condensed milk
Half stick brown butter
One block cream cheese
Half cup raspberry preserves

Blondie
One stick brown butter
Half cup cookie butter
Half cup powdered sugar
Half cup brown sugar
Two eggs
One egg yolk
Half cut bread flour
Half cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F

  2. In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, brown butter, cream cheese, and raspberry preserves.

  3. Set aside

  4. In a large bowl combine brown butter, cookie butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, egg yolks and eggs. Mix until well combined.

  5. Next add flours. Combine only until flour is no longer visible. (Do not over mix)

  6. In a lined square pan, layer biscoff blondie mix and raspberry filling. End with more biscoff blondie batter on top.

  7. Layer Biscoff cookies on top of blondie batter in desired pattern.

  8. Bake on 350 F for 30-35 min.

  9. Cool, serve, and enjoy.

*Store in refrigerator for best results.
